I had some issues, and I am partly to blame for evidently letting plastic bag and a piece of paper get in a return register that is not filtered. Along with the dust that has clogged the system.Let me say that Fuller did not do original install. I do think a little is on Fuller because i have been on maintenance program for several years and pay to clean system 2 times a year. That being said, when your guys are so nice and treat my wife and family with respect, it is easy to look over the not so good stuff. I have never seen a company that has so many respectful and professional techs. I recommended Fuller to neighbor yesterday and will do again if asked. Sincerely, Mike Vaughn

The company mailed a timely reminder for service. The technician called before scheduled service tome to verify the appointment. The technician performed a thorough inspection and cleaned and serviced the unit and reported his findings to his supervisor via text and explained options. A bery good experience over all.

I was very un happy with how we were done. We felt like we may have been gauged because of the cold weather. Second, the guy told me I needed a new unit that it was 11 years old. I ensured him my house was only 5 years old and that there’s no way my unit could be that old. I felt like already because I was female and didn’t know much about the unit that I might have been gauged a little but then to tell me that really bothered me. Third, I was not given an option for finances... I didn’t have $800 to pay on my services that day. It would be nice to offer finances for big bills that are unexpected. Most people don’t just have that money laying around. Fourth, I never received a receipt for the services provided other than a handwritten paper that didn’t even have the exact details on it and the cost for the parts or how much I paid that day. I was not pleased with my service and will not be recommending you guys to anyone else.

Blower motor failure. Tech was at the door quickly, right after I called in the problem. Seems he was in the area and was directed to my home with little delay. Service prompt and efficient. The motor seemed burned out to me and would have cost much more to replace. The Tech found a part that had failed and got us up and running. He could have been dishonest to make extra on this job, but he told it like it was and I appreciate that.
