Outstanding service from start to finish! They responded quickly and got everything back up and running in no time. The technician was very friendly, knowledgeable, and took time to answer all of my questions. It’s refreshing to work with a company that genuinely cares about its customers. They were courteous and did an excellent job. Thanks to their professionalism, my home is comfortable again. I highly recommend them to anyone needing any type of repairs or service done.

Eunice Jett-Day29 days agoI received immediate service and received calls/messages as to when the repair lady would be coming to my house. Once she got to my house, my HVAC unit was looked at and my problem was immediately resolved. She provided excellent service.

Sallie King34 days agoThis was our 2nd great experience with Fuller. Today was their annual club maintenance. Inside and outside of our cooling system. Done 2 times a year. The first visit was awesome. They drove over to clean out a/c lines and vents. They did tons of pictures and advised us our ductwork did not need cleaning. When was the last time you received an honest answer that saved you money and they did not charge!!!! Honest people. Good to work with.

Teresa34 days agoI had some trouble dealing with my home warranty company and the unprofessional they had come out to install a bathroom fan. I eneded up calling Fuller. They sent a super nice electeician Johnathan! I was able to communicate with him my problems. Got some estimates on some other projects we want to have done here at home. Fuller can be my home warranty. I had rather pay my $140.00 a month and get profrssionals so far have had an offer to do everything I mentioned today. So glad to work Johnathan today.He did a full inspection of my electrical panels looked at other things that may have been a problem. Look forward to getting some projects done here at home. Felix Henry35 days agoContractor “ Kamron Slimp ”, was very professional and courteous. Once I told him what I thought the problem was, he had an idea of what was wrong. He was correct and fixed the problem immediately. I would definitely recommend him to anyone that asked.

mike m39 days agoAMAZING! Cody, showed up fast and was very professional, very knowledgeable, and solved my A/C issue. This is the 2nd company I called about my A/C not working at all. The first company quoted me $20,000 to replace the entire AC system, Codi got it done, today, for $600 without replacing the entire system. The AC blows cold and I could not be happier. Fuller is my go to company for now on.

Trish40 days agoExcellent customer service and repair! We have an older unit and use a home warranty. I would rather repair than replace any day. The tech that came to our house was respectful of the person who works from home near where the repair was being made. Thank you, Owen!

Julia Thaxton40 days agoMy air conditioner system leaked from the condenser backing up. It happened after office hours, of course. I had water all in my hallway and a closet floor, too. I called and they had a service man out in less than 30 minutes. He had the condenser drain unclogged and working in a very short time. I really appreciate Fuller and their speedy service.

Stephen Olsen42 days agoThe process was smooth and efficient from beginning to end. My water heater was replaced the same day. The installers seemed both competent and efficient. The water is already hot.

It was a misunderstanding or miscommunication. He explained without excuses and apologized. The service man was punctual, respectful, nice and explained everything too me. He also saved me money by pointing out I didn't need two water heaters. Once in the spring for the air conditioning and once in the fall for the heating. They are fabulous. I was concerned that it was just a way to get an extra $100+ our of us. He replaced wires and unit worked great for a couple weeks. Fuller immediately sent tech back out they replaced some leads or something & unit has worked fine since. For less than half the price of a compressor they fix our a/c. They have been very prompt, agreeable and economical.Posted on Angie's ListNancy H.3468 days agoI just moved in and thought I should have my 2013 heat and air unit checked out and the previous owner smoked also I don't know how often it was serviced so it took a few hours for the deep clean but when my mom came to visit a week later she was saying I lucked up and got a house with a new unit so I'd say he did great. He also let me know i have ants trying to live in it and he showed me the size filter to buy. Also the plumbing guy showed me i had a leak in the bathroom sink and my shutoff didn't work for the toilet and gave me prices on all fixes. The plumber arrived in 10 minutes and was able to identify, locate, and fix the problem in a little over an hour. Contacted Fuller regarding a new heating and cooling system and spoke with the owner of the company. He was in all regards, very professional. He talked with me regarding our needs for a system and the type and then he in turn discussed our needs with his field representative who contacted us to set up an appointment. 2. Field representative met with us at the appointed time. He did a thorough review of our current system and checked all the duct work in the house. He checked the returns noting the size, electrical system, etc and made recommendations based on his overall evaluation walking me thru each item. He then provided us with his recommendations for a replacement system. We purchased the system recommended by him. It was a system that I had researched as a replacement. He set up the installation arrangements so as to coincide with our schedules. 3. Installers arrived with the new system. They were in all respects, very courteous, respectful, and professional through out the installation process. When the system was installed and after they had completed their initial system checks, they walked us thru the various system functions of the new unit. They were very knowledgeable of the system and the operation answering all questions asked without hesitation. The new thermostat is a programmable one and we were instructed on the functionality of the new thermostat and how to take advantage of the built in programs to get the most efficiency out of the unit. After the installers had familiarized us with the new system, everything used during the installation was cleaned up. All personnel involved in the entire process were always on time for their appointments and were always respectful to us. Office staff were always courteous and made sure that any communication between myself and their organization was received by the appropriate individual. It is a pleasure for us to have Fuller Heating and Air Conditioning as our service provider for our home heating and cooling system. We are privileged to be a customer of theirs and have been for over 20 years. Most satisfaction ratings for customer reviews is based on five (*****) stars and I have to rate Fuller TEN(**********) STARS!
